Shipping Your order will be shipped from the manufacturer's warehouse.
Orders are generally dispatched within 24 hours of the order being placed. All items up to are sent in the United Kingdom via signed-for courier with an expected delivery of 2-3 business days. Any order outside of UK will be sent via international courier; shipping times vary considerably, contact us for expected timescale.
Orders that are placed at weekends will be dispatched on the following Monday. All our prices exclude shipping. Shipment cost is based on item weight and will be added at checkout. Please note that every effort is made to ensure that all products are in stock at time of order. In the event of an item being unavailable we will contact you to discuss the options. If you then do not wish to proceed, your order can be cancelled and you will be given a full refund. Returns Our products are of the best quality, but we understand that sometimes you just aren't happy with something you purchase. You can return any item for any reason for a refund within 14 days of receipt. Returns must be in salable/unused condition, with ALL original materials and packing. We must charge a 15% restocking fee (since the manufacturers charge us this fee), and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If you have a product that you would like to return please fill out our returns form. Should you have a faulty item, please send an email to returns(at)houssesvoiture.fr detailing the original order number and any reasons you may have. We will then provide you with with the correct instructions and the returns address (UK). Please under no circumstances send goods back to the manufacturer. In all cases, return shipping charges are not refundable and will be met by the customer. |
